The “Automation and Control” Department at ALT University trains specialists in signaling, centralization, and blocking, who are in demand not only in railway automation and telemechanics but also in the metro system.
The department’s best practicing teachers are ready to provide a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of signaling, centralization, and interlocking:
Vedernikov B.M. is an associate professor, candidate of technical sciences, and associate professor with over 40 years of experience in the field of railway automation and telemechanics.
Shults V.A. – associate professor, PhD, has more than 30 years of work experience in the field of railway automation and telemechanics.
Suleimenova G.A. – associate professor, PhD, associate professor, has more than 20 years of teaching experience.
Sansyzbay Q.M. – assistant professor, PhD, has more than 10 years of teaching experience.
Shalabayev B.R. – assistant professor, PhD, has more than 5 years of teaching experience
Learning outcomes:
– To master theoretical and experimental methods of scientific
research, allowing to model and identify control systems in transport using specialized software.
– To apply the results of experimental research in the form of reports and public discussions, taking into account the specifics of the psychology of management and management, including the use of professional foreign vocabulary and the principles of inclusion
– To have methods of analysis and synthesis of automated transport
systems using means
IT-technology and scientific research in order to
ensure the safety of SCADA systems
– Research ways to improve the operational reliability of
microelectronic systems using their diagnostics methods using statistical information and artificial intelligence
– Possess the ability to practically apply
the operation of automation and telemechanics systems for optimization
– Estimate the parameters of system models
