Professional biography
Ongar Bulbul, born in 1978, Kazakh. In 2001 she graduated with honors from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications, specializing in “Thermal Power Plants” with the qualification of a heat and power engineer. In 2002 she graduated from the magistracy of the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering with a degree in Heat Power Engineering.
Since 2002 she worked at the Department of Theoretical Foundations of Electrical Engineering, first as an engineer, since 2003 as an assistant at the department, since 2008 as a senior teacher. In 2013, she entered the doctoral program at the Non-Commercial JSC Almaty University of Communications Power Engineering, specialty 6D071700 – Heat Power Engineering.
In 2018 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Numerical study of the regularities of the formation of nitrogen oxides during the combustion of partially gasified coal.” By the decision of the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2019 (Order No. 232), the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) was awarded in the specialty 6D071700 – Heat Power Engineering. Currently, I work as an assoc. Professor ALiT at the Department of Energy in the Academy of Logistics and Transport.Ongar Bulbul is respected by colleagues and students.
