During the training process, guest lectures are held with the participation of leading experts in the field of marketing. Master’s students have the opportunity to participate in the development of marketing strategies for companies in the transport industry.

Learning outcomes:

– use various economic models to develop an enterprise development strategy, minimize risks, optimize financial resources

– determine the work to conduct marketing research, analyze indicators for evaluation and decision-making to improve the enterprise strategy

– develop tests, questionnaires for recruiting personnel and creating an effective team

– predict changes in market conditions to develop preventive measures to reduce risk

– compare different strategies for entering new markets

– recommend various options for management decisions to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.

– organize the work of the marketing service using effective approaches to the division of labor.

– develop a strategic marketing plan for the enterprise using digital media

– establish business communications both within the company and with external partners and clients

– determine marketing priorities in the enterprise strategy

– use knowledge of the humanities, natural sciences, applied sciences and scientific knowledge systems to develop a methodological culture.
