The activities of the Department of Transport Services and Business are aimed at training modern, competent specialists and managers in the provision of transport and logistics services, as well as in the organization of international transportation, who are capable of carrying out professional activities and solving non-standard problems in the field of transportation. The vast opportunities and prospects of the Central Asian region and Kazakhstan in the organization of foreign trade transportation are supported by the transport and logistics infrastructure and the work of specialists in this field, who are familiar with the general principles of traffic management and transportation operations based on the use of advanced equipment and technology.

– To predict the transportation process, solve optimization problems of transportation quality management, organize and manage the transportation processes of various types of cargo and passengers.

 – To apply intellectual, information, and innovative technologies to optimize business processes in the management of transport operations.

– To model the processes of car and passenger traffic distribution on the transport network, and to develop measures to optimize the movement of transport flows, using modern information technologies to optimize transport processes and improve the quality of customer service.

– Assess the efficiency of transport operations in the field of cargo and commercial work, taking into account the impact of containerization.

– Research the fundamentals of transport security and safety measures in the management and operation of transport systems.
