• 1980 – Graduated with honors from the Almaty Institute of National Economy, qualifying as an Economist;
• 2006 – Defended her candidate’s dissertation in specialty 08.00.14 – “World Economy and International Economic Relations,” earning the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
