TRANSPORT ENGINEERING-From Engineer to Manager in 1 year: master leadership and digital innovation in the transport industry!

Master’s degree program in a specialized field.

The training period is 1 year.

You can choose one of two paths: 1) Railway rolling stock / 2) Automobiles and road equipment.

This is an intensive, practice-oriented program for specialists with higher technical education seeking career growth and managerial positions in the transport and logistics complex.

You will become a highly sought-after specialist who:

  • Proficient in managing the full life cycle of rolling stock.
  • Develops and implements innovative engineering approaches and digital technologies in operation and repair processes.
  • Makes effective management decisions in professional activities, ensuring their compliance with international standards of quality and sustainability (ESG).
  • Can develop technical and design documentation, as well as manage the repair and production base.

As a graduate of a specialized master’s program, you are ready to hold managerial, analytical and expert positions:

  • Head or Chief Engineer of a locomotive / wagon depot.
  • Quality Manager or Leading engineer in the departments of JSC ” NC “KTZ”.
  • Expert or Specialist in transport certification and standardization.
  • Analyst for rolling stock efficiency and asset management.
  • Project Manager for digitalization of transport systems.

A Master’s degree is a deep dive into applied engineering and management in just one year:

  • Intensity and focus: practice-oriented approach, maximum analysis and experimental research.
