Brief (professional biography)
From 1979 to 2000, he worked as an assistant, associate professor and head of the Land Management section at the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation and Construction Institute.
From 2000 to 2020 he worked as an associate professor, deputy dean of the Faculty, deputy Director of the Institute, head of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre.
From 2021 to 2023, he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
2023-24, he worked as a professor at the Department of Land Resources and Cadastre.
Education
Moscow Institute of Engineers of Geodesy, Aerial Photography and Cartography in 1979 with a degree in Applied Geodesy. Moscow Institute of Land Management Engineers in 1989, postgraduate studies and dissertation defense in the specialty 25.00.32 – Geodesy
Participation in scientific projects
Head of the project “research and preparation of ways to effectively use land resources using remote control materials” under the program 102 “grant financing” of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
