The three-year educational program, which prepares you for work in the most modern and in-demand areas of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, is aimed at training specialists in the field of communication systems, radio engineering devices, telecommunication networks, digital communication technologies and information transmission systems. Students study modern communication technologies, wireless networks, IoT (Internet of Things) systems, as well as the design and operation of satellite and mobile communications.
A graduate can work as a radio communications engineer, telecommunications engineer, network engineer, IoT (Internet of Things) specialist, communication systems designer, radio equipment engineer, mobile communications specialist, and information and communication technology engineer.
Theory + practice from the first year! Work with modern software and equipment (MATLAB, LabVIEW, Altium Designer, Cisco Packet Tracer, Proteus, microcontrollers (Arduino, STM, etc.)). Participation in case projects, startups and hackathons. Internships and practical training in leading telecommunications and IT companies in Kazakhstan. Highly qualified teaching staff.
Main subjects: Fundamentals of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications; Radio relay and satellite communication; Routing and Switching Fundamentals (Cisco + Huawei); Power supply of communication equipment; Mobile communication technologies (cellular communication); Design and operation of fiber optic communication networks; Telecommunication guiding systems; Digital television and radio broadcasting technologies; IoT (Internet of Things) basics.
