The preparation of master’s students is based on a practice-oriented approach to conducting classes through the invitation of leading business practitioners in the transport industry and leading experts in the field of business and management.

Learning outcomes:

– develop and implement competitive innovations based on marketing research

– formulate proposals for promoting products for foreign investors and introducing them into the Kazakh and international markets

– assess financial and economic indicators to develop a strategy for the organization’s development and entry into international markets.

– recommend the introduction of new technologies in transport that affect the optimization of business processes and the development of competitive strategies for integration into the global transport system.

– assess the company’s strategic documents, human resource management system, production facilities, business processes, operating environment for planning and managing the company.

– choose mathematical methods for constructing probable economic models to calculate risks and solutions to specific situations to reduce them.

offer, orally and in writing, the results of research and experimental work in the field of training in the state and foreign languages.

– draw conclusions and proposals based on the analysis of data on the availability of resources at the company, as well as determining their condition and identifying inconsistencies in order to develop strategic decisions.

– predict market development for the short, medium and long term based on the use of econometric methods for the development of investment and innovation projects.

– select the optimal option according to the criteria price/quality/novelty for various sectors of the economy of investment and innovation projects.

– compare different models of human resource management for their practical application in professional activities, taking into account socio-psychological characteristics.
