Learning outcomes:
– Analyse behavioural aspects of management by applying psychological approaches to effective human resource management and management decision-making in the digital economy
– Substantiate professional proposals and decisions in the field of management and marketing in a foreign language in written and oral form, in an intercultural business environment
– Design strategic business models and adaptive marketing strategies based on market research and analysis of international market trends
– Apply lean manufacturing concepts when implementing projects to optimize business processes in the field of marketing activities
– Evaluate the effectiveness of sales management strategies taking into account customer behaviour, market dynamics and digital marketing channels
– Interpret data to develop management decisions based on Big Data analysis and digital tools in the context of digital business transformation
– Synthesise strategic management and digital analytics techniques to optimise business processes and achieve sustainable competitive advantage in global markets
