“Smart Roads: Digital technologies in transport facilities” is aimed at training specialists who are able to effectively use modern digital technologies for the design, construction, operation and management of road infrastructure.

The program is based on modern educational methods, including project-based learning, research activities, practical workshops, and case studies.Courses are taught in Kazakh, Russian, and English. Students gain hands-on experience with real industry projects and develop their professional portfolios through collaboration with technology partners.

Students have access to state-of-the-art computer labs, servers, interactive classrooms, and research centers.The university provides access to specialized software and virtual environments simulating real industry conditions.
The program provides an opportunity to participate in international academic exchanges (Erasmus, etc.). Students undergo internships at foreign universities and branches of JSC NC KazAvtoZhol. A startup incubator operates on the basis of ALT University, where students can implement their own innovative ideas and projects.

Students have the opportunity to undergo military training at the university’s military department.Upon completion, graduates are awarded the rank of Reserve Lieutenant.
