Профессиональная биография
Начал трудовую деятельность в АЛиТ (КазАТК) в 2011 г. в должности заведующего лабораториями кафедры «Локомотивы». После окончания магистратуры в разные годы занимал должности преподавателя, старшего преподавателя, доцента кафедры «Подвижной состав», Бақыт Ғ.Б. занимал должность заместителя декана факультета «Транспортная техника». В настоящий момент является ассоциированным профессором АЛиТ кафедры «Магистральная инженерия».
