Official China Office of ALT University
FOTIMA Group (杭州森瑟智能科技有限公司 / Hangzhou Sense Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) is the China Office of ALT University named after Mukhametzhan Tynyshpayev in China. For applicants applying to ALT University through FOTIMA Group, the University has authorized FOTIMA to collect tuition fees within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

ALT University Educational Programs for International Students
- Bachelor’s Degree — 3 Years
- Bachelor’s Degree after Diploma — 1.5 Years
- Bachelor’s + Master’s Degree — 2 Years
For graduates of secondary schools, vocational schools, and colleges who wish to obtain full-time higher education.
- Duration of study: 3 years (full-time).
- Language of instruction: English / Russian / Kazakh (at the applicant’s choice; language preparation is available if necessary).
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree awarded by ALT University, with the possibility of recognition through the relevant procedures in China.
- Admission requirements: No GaoKao, IELTS, or TOEFL results are required; admission is carried out after successfully completing an interview.
- University accommodation may be available.
- Available fields include Economics and Management, Information Technology, Engineering Technologies, Transport, and others.
Suitable for: Graduates who wish to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in 3 years and consider studying abroad as an alternative to studying at a private university in China.
The program is intended for applicants who hold a diploma of previous professional or higher education in a relevant field.
- Duration of study: 1.5 years.
- Admission requirement: A relevant field of study is required.
- Duration of study: 2 years.
- The program includes both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree studies.
Official Application Guidelines
Required Admission Documents
- Scanned copy of the previous educational diploma (2 copies; translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan).
- Scanned copy of the passport’s first page; the passport must be valid for more than 1 year. (Translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan.)
- Scanned copy of the academic transcript / academic record bearing the educational institution’s official seal (2 copies; translated into Russian or Kazakh and notarized in Kazakhstan).
- Passport-size photographs on a white background, 3×4 cm or 3.5×4.5 cm, 6 copies.
- Application form for admission.
- Medical certificate Form 075, including chest X-ray results and a negative HIV test result.
After arriving in Kazakhstan, applicants must submit the originals of all documents to the Admissions Committee of ALT University through the China Office. The applicant is also required to complete the relevant procedures for educational qualification verification and notarized legalization of documents.
Application Periods
- Fall intake: May 1 – August 25.
- Spring intake: September 1 – December 25.
- The University conducts online admission interviews for foreign citizens.
- After successfully passing the interview, the applicant is invited to the University to complete the enrollment procedure.
