To improve the practical skills of students of the Educational Program 6B07121- Electric Power Engineering in the core disciplines, a branch of the Department of Energy was created and functions on the basis of enterprises of the branch of JSC NC KTZ of the Almaty Power Supply Distance. On the basis of these enterprises, practical classes are held in real production conditions, as well as study tours for undergraduate students.
In order to introduce elements of dual education on the basis of the landfill of the Almaty power supply distance, the head of the Almaty power supply distance Mamyrbekov N.M. and the leading engineer for labor protection and safety of the Almaty power supply distance Zhanseitov T.K. conduct classes on the discipline “Power supply of electrified roads» and“Electrical materials science» for 3rd year students.
