Abstracts submitted to the conference should contain the results of current scientific research or have important practical significance. The best reports of full-time students will be awarded with ALiT diplomas and included in the proceedings of the conference on the basis of the decision of the Organizing Committee.

The form of participation in the conference is full-time / part-time.

Requirements for the design of articles:

Abstracts of up to 3 pages, no more than 5 authors, typed in the MS Word editor with the *.docx extension, are accepted for publication.

The font of the text “Times New Roman” 12.

Margins: top – 2 cm, bottom-2 cm, left-3 cm, right-2 cm.

Line spacing – 1. Paragraph (indent) – 1.25 cm.

UDC is not required.

Through the line in the center – the initials and surname of the author, then the name of the organization, city, country, e-mail. The title of the article is separated by an interval in the center in capital letters with bold highlighting.

DETERMINATION OF RATIONAL OPTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRANSPORT NETWORK OF THE REGION 

All formulas should be typed using standard Microsoft Office formula editors, in a single format that does not exceed the size of the main text, placed in the center of the sheet and have end-to-end numbering in parentheses after each formula. Figures and graphs should be placed in the text after the link to it without an abbreviation (Figure 1 – Title /under the figure; Table 1 – Title /above the table from the left edge).

All materials must be designed in accordance with the requirements and carefully edited. Materials that do not meet the above requirements and are submitted later than the deadline are not considered. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select abstracts for discussion

To participate in the conference, you must submit it in an electronic medium to the address of the Organizing Committee of the conference: nid@alt.edu.kz with the obligatory indication in the subject of the letter “For the I International Scientific and Practical Conference” the following materials:

– A registration application for participation in the attached form (the file name must correspond to the surname of the first author);

– an article designed according to the following requirements (in the name of the attached file, specify: the surname of the first author, the title of the article);

– payment receipt.

The cost of publishing one article for third-party authors with a Pdf version of the collection is 2,700 tenge, the same for students of other universities – 1,800 tenge.

The cost of publishing one article for third-party authors with the receipt of a printed version of the conference proceedings (excluding forwarding) is 3,500 tenge, the same for students of other universities – 2,700 tenge.

When listing, it is necessary to make a note “For publication in the materials of the I International Scientific and Practical Conference ALiT” and indicate your last name and initials.

Expenses related to arrival at the conference, accommodation in a hotel are carried out at the expense of the participants or the sending party.

Foreign participants have the right to free publication in the collection of works, provided that there are no co-authors from the Republic of Kazakhstan

Authors from among the faculty of ALIT are published free of charge, provided that there are no third-party co-authors from the Republic of Kazakhstan
