On November 28, at the Department of “Language Training” a linguo-methodological seminar was held on the topic “Linguodidactics and Linguistics at the University”. The seminar was held by senior lecturer of the department Dzhakipova K.T.
The speaker spoke about the concept of “Linguodidactics”, about the object and subject of the study of linguodidactics and about the study of linguistics at the university. The theoretical foundations of linguodidactics were described, the features of the study of linguistics in a non-linguistic educational institution were considered. The presentation outlined the interaction of linguodidactics with other scientific disciplines (linguistics, linguoculturology, linguocultural studies, and others).
