On May 12, 2023, ALT celebrated Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev’s 144th anniversary. The purpose of the event: Tynyshpayev’s personalty popularization as a public figure, railway worker, an active participant in the design and construction of the Turkestan-Siberian Railway.
Today flowers were laid at Tynyshpayev’s bust that in front of ALT. The ceremony was attended by veterans of the railway, including the head of the “Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev” Fund Nurshaken Zhunussova and ALT leadership and teaching staff. The students and guests of the academy WATCHED a documentary film about Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev.
The event was attended by such well-known personalities as the honorary veteran of the railway, labor and rear Zhakhansha Akhmetov, the famous railway worker Kaltay Sambetov and professor, chairman of the council of veterans Nuridin Balqiyauly.
