On April 11, 2025, ALT University hosted a significant event — the “Job Fair,” aimed at supporting graduates in their professional development and strengthening partnerships with employers. The event brought together 4th-year students completing various educational programs and representatives of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” — one of the largest national companies, who arrived from different regions.
Throughout the day, employers presented current job openings, career tracks, and their organizations’ corporate cultures. Special attention was given to internship opportunities with potential full-time employment, as well as mentoring programs for young specialists. Students had the chance to participate in express interviews, ask questions to HR representatives, and receive personalized career advice.
