On April 23, a debate on the topic: “Gender Equality” was held at ALT University named after M. Tynyshpaev. This event was held by senior lecturer of the “Language Education” department Makhambetova S.K. together with students of the TKS-24-1 group. Participants analyzed cases: 1. Gender equality male standards. 2. Gender equality female standards. 3. Social standards for men and women. 4. Examples of gender inequality in relation to men and women. Working in teams allowed participants to develop creative thinking, argumentation skills and strategic planning. Students noted the practical benefits of the debate, its relevance and innovative approach. This debate became a platform for finding non-standard solutions and forming a new outlook on life and the development of society.
