On March 12, 2025, a workshop on “The Role of Digitalization in Railway Transport of Kazakhstan” was held as part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event took place at the branch of the “Signaling and Communication Distance” (RCUP) department, with the participation of employees from “KTZ” NC JSC, faculty members from the “Automation and Control” department, and students.
During the workshop, key issues related to the implementation of digital technologies in the railway industry were discussed, including process automation, intelligent train traffic management systems, and the prospects for digital transformation. Participants exchanged experiences and explored modern trends in transport digitalization.
