In order to provide psychological assistance to the students of the academy, a day of psychological assistance “PSYCHO EXPRESS ALT” was held on December 11 at the Academy of Logistics and Transport. Leading psychologists from Almaty, working in various areas of psychotherapy and psychological counseling, have been invited to the Academy. The specialists provided free and anonymous assistance to each student. The project “PSYCHO EXPRESS ALT” is aimed at the goal of sustainable development of item 3. good health and well-being and improvement of the psycho-emotional state, mood, as well as mental health of students of the Academy. Students learned to develop self-control skills based on the internal resources of the individual, overcome learning difficulties and socio-emotional problems, develop themselves, educate themselves, and relate positively to the world.
