From April 6 to April 10, 2026, ALT University hosted a grand Spartakiad themed “Health as a Value,” celebrating the university’s landmark 95th anniversary. The event aligned with SDG 3: “Good Health and Well-being,” bringing the university community together through sport.
The faculty of the General Engineering department took an active part in the competitions, proving that team spirit and the will to win are vital in the engineering profession.
Key Objectives:
-
Support for SDG 3: Promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental well-being among staff.
-
Teambuilding: Strengthening corporate ties and encouraging informal communication between colleagues.
-
Mentorship by Example: Showing students that professional longevity and academic success are driven by physical activity.
The Spartakiad provided a perfect environment to recharge after a demanding academic week. As the participants stated: “Health is the foundation of any professional success. Our participation is both a tribute to ALT traditions and a personal inspiration for our students.”
