From February 23 to March 6, 2026, the faculty of the General Engineering Department completed a comprehensive professional development program focused on inclusive education. The remote training was conducted by the Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University.
The program featured two key components:
-
Distance Learning Course (72 hours): In-depth study of the psychological and pedagogical aspects of supporting inclusive education.
-
Practice-Oriented Training: An intensive session on mastering interaction techniques and adapting curricula to meet the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
The primary goal was to transform the educational process to meet modern inclusion standards. This initiative aligns with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). The successful completion of this certification marks a significant step toward fostering an inclusive environment and providing equal opportunities for all students at ALT University.
