Within the framework of UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 “Quality Education,” a practical master class on analyzing case studies in the field of telecommunications and IT was organized and conducted for students on May 12, 2026. The session was led by Musapirova G.D. The event aimed to develop students’ skills in systems analysis and critical thinking, preparing them for upcoming internships, assessment centers, and technical interviews.
During the master class, students were introduced to modern case-solving methodologies, learned how to identify the root cause of a problem, structured both the engineering and business logic of a solution, and mastered the art of effectively presenting their ideas and defending their approaches. Special emphasis was placed on the practical application of knowledge, analyzing real-world scenarios from the telecom and IT sectors, and identifying common mistakes made during case resolutions.
The practical format of the workshop enabled students to acquire new knowledge while developing essential skills in teamwork, analytical thinking, and public speaking. The recommendations and tools provided will help participants prepare more effectively for professional competitions, internships, and their future careers in the IT and telecom industries.
