On 27–28 November 2025, Mukhametzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University hosted the Third Council Meeting of the China–Central Asian Talent Training Alliance in the Field of Transportation. The event brought together representatives of government agencies, universities, research institutes, and industry organizations from China and all five Central Asian countries.
The meeting served as an important platform for discussing current trends in the development of transport infrastructure, training of highly qualified specialists, and expanding cooperation in education, science, and innovation. The participants explored opportunities for joint academic and industry projects and exchanged views on the implementation of advanced educational practices.
The two-day agenda included:
- plenary sessions and expert presentations,
- university–industry cooperation exhibition,
- thematic sections focused on scientific and technological cooperation,
- discussions on transport standards, sustainable development and regional integration.
Particular attention was paid to the integration of education with the transport sector, innovation-oriented professional training, and strengthening international collaboration to support the sustainable development of transport systems in the region.
Participants emphasized the importance of further collaboration within the Alliance, expanding partnerships, and continuing the joint implementation of educational and research initiatives in the field of transport and logistics across Central Asia and China.
