ALT University im. M. Tynyshpaeva opened a branch on the basis of the RGP branch of the National Center for the Quality of Road Assets (NCKDA) in the Almaty region for the training of specialists in road specialties.
The new branch will be a platform for practical training of students in the field of road construction, technology of asphalt mixtures, quality control and management of road assets.
The purpose of the creation of the branch is the integration of science, education and practice into a single system of training highly qualified road engineers capable of implementing modern energy-saving, ecological and resource-efficient technologies in the road industry of Kazakhstan.
Thanks to the cooperation with NCCDA, students of ALT University will have a unique opportunity to conduct laboratory and field research on modern equipment, to participate in real projects to assess the quality of road surfaces, test construction materials and implement innovative technologies.
As part of the activities of the branch, it is planned to:
organization of practical and internship students on the basis of the laboratory NCCDA;
conducting joint research and experimental works;
development and implementation of new methodological quality control of road materials and coatings;
implementation of programs of retraining and advanced training of specialists in the road industry.
The establishment of the branch will strengthen the interaction of educational and industry structures, increase the prestige of road specialties and will contribute to the formation of a new generation of engineers focused on innovation and quality.
