On May 14, 2026, representatives of ALT University participated in an international round table dedicated to the implementation of non-directive coaching practices in education, business and management. The event was held at Narxoz Business School as part of the International Coaching Week 2026.

The organizers were the Public Association “ICF Kazakhstan”, the official representative office of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Kazakhstan.

The key speakers of the round table were international experts in the field of leadership and coaching — Chairman of the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches (2026) Jihane Labib and Philippe Mathijs, executive coach, author of the best-selling book “How Not to Be Lonely at the Top”.

On behalf of ALT University, the event was attended by:
— Kanat Zhaksymuratovich Daubaev — Director of the Institute of Logistics and Business;
— Sarina Aizada Aykhanovna— Head of the Strategy and Quality Office (QS);
— Amirkul Balayim Salamatkyzy — Chief Specialist of the office;
— Sovetbek Gulnara Sovetbekkyzy — HR Manager, Acting Director of the HR Department.

The round table discussed the transformation of the education and management system, the development of leadership competencies, the integration of coaching approaches into educational programs and modern models of non-directive management in the context of global change.

The participation of ALT University in this international professional dialogue was an important step in strengthening cooperation with the expert community and developing modern approaches to training specialists and management personnel.

As a result of the event, representatives of ALT University received international certificates of participants confirming their active participation in professional discussion and exchange of international experience.
