On December 11–12, 2025, the city of Almaty hosted the II International Congress of Young Scientists of Kazakhstan, organized by the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and dedicated to UNESCO’s theme: “Trust, Transformations and Tomorrow: The Science We Need for 2050”.
The plenary session took place at the “Gylym Ordasy” complex, while sectional meetings and master classes were held across five leading universities of the city.
ALT University staff took an active part in the Congress, presenting the results of their scientific research and discussing current trends in the development of science and technology.
The event brought together over 1,000 young researchers, more than 80 foreign scientists from 24 countries, as well as representatives of the scientific diaspora, academicians, members of parliament, and heads of scientific organizations.
ALT University’s participation in such a major forum highlights the institution’s commitment to contributing to the development of science in Kazakhstan and supporting international scientific dialogue.
