On April 2, 2026, T.M. Dyusengalieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Architectural and Construction Engineering, conducted a master class focused on integrating AI tools into the educational process. The primary objective was to demonstrate the effective use of modern digital technologies to enhance students’ practical and engineering skills.
During the session, students explored how AI can improve learning quality and streamline complex tasks. The practical segment allowed participants to apply AI tools in several areas:
-
Automated text processing and idea generation for projects;
-
Simplifying complex technical subjects and obtaining instant explanations;
-
AI in Road Construction: specific applications such as highway design, building material analysis, and traffic flow prediction.
By the end of the event, students had acquired essential digital competencies and a broader understanding of how AI will shape their future professional careers in the construction industry.
