ALT University named after M. Tynyshpaev hosted a scientific and practical seminar dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. The theme was: “Women in Mechanical Engineering: Challenges and Opportunities.” The event was organized by the Department of TV & LS with the support of the University’s Department of Science and Innovation.

Purpose and Significance

The main goal was to discuss the role of women and girls in the development of mechanical engineering and to promote engineering professions among young people. In the era of industrial digitalization, strengthening gender balance contributes to innovation and sustainable economic growth.
