On April 24, 2026, a working meeting was held at the BI Group headquarters, bringing together the company’s leadership, representatives of Kazakhstan’s leading technical universities — ALT University, KazGASA, and Satbayev University — as well as key players in the automotive industry, including Allur and the SaryarkaAvtoProm plant.

The discussion focused on the practical implementation of cooperation agreements and the development of cross-sector collaboration in workforce training.

A key theme was the integration of education with real-world industrial tasks. Experts from BI Group and Allur, together with university representatives, explored the development of dual education, enabling students to work on real-world projects both at construction sites and at SaryarkaAvtoProm production facilities.

Priority areas include:

  • Internships and mentorship — expanding internship opportunities with active involvement of industry professionals
  • Employment — building a talent pipeline and strengthening collaboration with employers
  • Curriculum development — engaging industry experts in designing academic programs, with a focus on BIM, lean manufacturing, and automation

Scope of Cooperation

The participation of leading technical universities and industrial partners highlights a systematic approach to developing Kazakhstan’s human capital.

For ALT University students, this partnership provides access to advanced practices in both the construction and automotive sectors, expanding professional development opportunities and enhancing graduates’ competitiveness in the job market.

Such initiatives contribute to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). They also strengthen the link between the education system and the real economy.
