On April 24, 2026, a working meeting was held at the BI Group headquarters, bringing together the company’s leadership, representatives of Kazakhstan’s leading technical universities — ALT University, KazGASA, and Satbayev University — as well as key players in the automotive industry, including Allur and the SaryarkaAvtoProm plant.
The discussion focused on the practical implementation of cooperation agreements and the development of cross-sector collaboration in workforce training.
A key theme was the integration of education with real-world industrial tasks. Experts from BI Group and Allur, together with university representatives, explored the development of dual education, enabling students to work on real-world projects both at construction sites and at SaryarkaAvtoProm production facilities.
Priority areas include:
- Internships and mentorship — expanding internship opportunities with active involvement of industry professionals
- Employment — building a talent pipeline and strengthening collaboration with employers
- Curriculum development — engaging industry experts in designing academic programs, with a focus on BIM, lean manufacturing, and automation
