On April 6, 2026, Senior Lecturer of the Language Education Department, S.K. Makhambetova, conducted a practical lesson on the topic “Gender Equality” as part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5).
During the lesson, students discussed equal rights and opportunities for men and women, their evolving roles in society, and the importance of mutual respect and shared responsibility in improving the overall quality of life. Special attention was given to fostering tolerance and developing a culture of equal and respectful interaction.
The lesson was held in an interactive format, effectively contributing to the development of students’ critical thinking skills and their active civic engagement.
