On December 10, 2025, the Department of General Engineering held a guest lecture on the topic: “Acoustic Calculations and the Selection of Acoustic Solutions.” The lecture was delivered by invited expert, Technical Director of “YESSET” LLP, Zаure Tulenovna Aimagambetova, who gave a detailed presentation on modern methods for calculating sound insulation, selecting materials, and engineering solutions to improve acoustics in construction.
During the lecture, practical examples from professional experience were shared, and current requirements and standards were discussed. Students showed great interest in the topic, actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and shared their opinions. At the end of the event, the most active participants received commemorative gifts. The lecture was held in a warm and productive atmosphere, leaving positive impressions on all attendees.
