Within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal No. 4, “Quality Education,” the Department of General Engineering hosted a guest lecture on December 10, 2025, titled “Acoustic Calculations and Selection of Acoustic Solutions.” The lecture was delivered by guest expert Zaure Tulenovna Aimaganbetova, Technical Director of “YESSET” LLP. She provided a detailed overview of modern sound insulation calculation methods, material selection, and engineering solutions for improving acoustics in construction.
The lecture featured practical examples from professional experience and covered current requirements and standards. Students showed high interest in the topic, actively participating in discussions, asking questions, and sharing their perspectives. At the end of the event, the most active participants received commemorative gifts. The lecture took place in a warm and productive atmosphere, leaving a positive impression on all attendees.
