On May 18, 2026, the Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev ALT University hosted an informational meeting for students with a representative from “Otbasy Bank” JSC, dedicated to the opportunities provided by the “National Fund for Children” state program.
The keynote speaker of the event was Akbolat Kaiyrovich Rymtayev, Project Manager of the Business Development Department at “Otbasy Bank” JSC. During the meeting, students were informed about the operational mechanisms of the program, the procedure for allocating funds from the National Fund, and the options for utilizing these savings for education and housing improvements.
Special emphasis was placed on students born between 2006 and 2008, who are direct beneficiaries and participants of the program. Attendees received detailed instructions on how to check their accrued savings, transfer funds to Otbasy Bank, and effectively leverage state educational and housing financial instruments for their future.
The bank representatives also presented the housing construction savings system, the advantages of various deposit programs, and the eligibility criteria for participating in state mortgage initiatives. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice directly from the bank’s experts.
ALT University noted that such meetings help students better navigate modern financial opportunities, allowing them to make more informed and deliberate decisions regarding their education, savings, and future housing.
The event was organized as part of the university’s ongoing initiative to enhance the financial literacy of youth and raise awareness of available state support programs.
