On March 26, 2026, ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev hosted a significant academic event at the Institute of Energy and Digital Technologies. As part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, a guest lecture was delivered by Professor Teodora Hristova from the University of Ruse (Bulgaria). Her lecture, titled “Best Practices for Using Artificial Intelligence in Digital Energy Systems,” drew considerable interest from master’s and doctoral students of relevant educational programs.

During the session, Professor Hristova presented cutting-edge approaches and best practices for implementing Artificial Intelligence in digital energy systems. The discussion covered key issues such as intelligent power grid management, energy consumption optimization, and the integration of machine learning algorithms to enhance the efficiency and reliability of energy infrastructure.

The lecture was held at a high scientific and methodological level, characterized by its profound content, the relevance of the presented materials, and its practical orientation. Case studies from international experience allowed the audience to broaden their understanding of modern global trends in the industry.

The discussion session was particularly engaging: master’s and PhD students actively participated, asking insightful questions and showing a high level of involvement. The vibrant dialogue with the lecturer facilitated a productive exchange of knowledge and ideas.
