On April 9, a vibrant and inspiring event took place within the walls of the university. With the support of the Almaty City Youth Policy Department, the Corporate Fund “Almaty Student Alliance” held the grand opening ceremony of the student spring creative competition “JAS GALA–2026.”
This evening was not just the beginning of a competition, but a true celebration of youth, creativity, and inspiration. It became a space where dreams take flight and talent finds its path. On stage, each participant had the opportunity to express their inner world through art, share emotions, and reveal their individuality. Music and dance, poetry and theatrical performances merged into a single flow, showcasing the true power of art.
The main goal of the “JAS GALA–2026” project is to support creative, gifted, and talented students, foster their professional growth, and develop their abilities and interests. This platform is not only about competition, but also about self-expression, new connections, and fresh ideas.
This initiative also aligns with one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – Quality Education (SDG 4). Developing the creative potential of young people plays a key role in shaping well-rounded individuals and promoting quality education through art.
