As part of the implementation of the social project “Law and Order,” the Public Development Center of the Internal Policy Department of Almaty organized the third round of the legal quest marathon “Law in the City” at the territory of the Department of Emergency Situations with the participation of students from M. Tynyshpayev ALT University.
During the quest, the “ALTernative” team tested their knowledge and skills through a series of practical tasks ranging from legal case studies to public safety and teamwork challenges.
The participants not only refreshed their knowledge but also applied it in real-life situations. That is exactly the value of this format — learning through practice.
In addition, the students learned about safety rules during emergencies, mastered first aid techniques, and completed practical tasks aimed at preventing dangerous situations. Specialists from the Department of Emergency Situations explained the rules of safe behavior in urban environments, emergency response algorithms, and shared useful practical advice.
Such quests help young people better understand their rights and responsibilities while also fostering a sense of responsibility for their actions.
