On October 22, 2025, a guest lecture was held for the teachers of the Language Education Department on the topic: “The Power of Words: How to Write Persuasively and Effectively.”
The lecture was delivered by I. S. Kruglova, Senior Lecturer at Almaty Management University (AlmaU).
The event was organized by M. M. Shaizhanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department.
During the lecture, effective approaches to writing academic and professional texts were discussed. I. S. Kruglova shared practical tips on creating persuasive texts, using rhetorical devices, working with the audience, making language choices, and structuring texts.
Participants exchanged opinions, completed practical tasks, and discussed specific examples. Special attention was given to writing ethics and the role of language as a tool of influence.
