On September 15, аs part of the corporate training of employees of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» on the topic «Professional in Signaling and Communication on the Railway Mainline»at M. Tynyshpaev ALT University, a lecture was held on the topic «Management Structure of the SCS Department», delivered by D.A. Alkenov, Director of the Department of Automation, Telemechanics, and Telecommunications of the branch of JSC «NC «KTZ» — «Main Network Directorate»
During his presentation, the lecturer provided a detailed overview of the management system of the Signaling, Centralization, and Blocking (SCS) department, emphasizing its role in ensuring the safety and stable operation of railway transport. Special attention was given to:
- the organizational structure of the SCS department;
- key tasks and areas of activity;
- interaction between subdivisions;
- modern challenges and prospects of digitalization.
Students and faculty members had the opportunity not only to gain insights into the theoretical aspects of the management structure but also to ask questions regarding the practical application of knowledge and career opportunities in the industry.
Such lectures strengthen the ties between the university and the national company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» as well as contribute to building a comprehensive understanding of real production processes among students.
