On October 30, 2025, Associate Professor of ALT, PhD, from the Department of “Radio Engineering and Telecommunications,” Gulbakhar Madreimovna Yussupova, conducted a master class on the topic “Practical Training on the Development of GSM Networks Using Innovative Technologies.”
The main objective of the master class was to develop participants’ practical skills in the field of telecommunications GSM network development using innovative technologies, to familiarize them with modern methods of designing, configuring, and optimizing mobile communication networks, as well as to enhance their ability to apply the acquired knowledge to improve the efficiency and quality of telecommunication services.
During the master class, the graduate students became acquainted with modern trends in the development of GSM telecommunication networks and the innovative technologies applied in this field. Participants listened to a presentation on the latest advancements in mobile communications, examined the principles of base station operation and data transmission systems, and took part in a practical session on network parameter configuration and optimization.
In addition, the graduate students actively participated in interactive tasks and a mini-quiz aimed at testing their knowledge of the fundamentals of GSM technologies and modern telecommunication solutions.
The master class was held at a high professional level. The participants demonstrated great interest, professional motivation, and a strong desire to master new technologies. The event contributed to the development of practical skills, the expansion of the participants’ technical outlook, and the formation of competencies necessary for future specialists in the field of telecommunications.
