On April 20, 2026, a series of seminar-trainings were conducted in Dormitories No. 2–4 to promote students’ psychological well-being and prevent risk behaviors.

The sessions, led by the Head of the Inclusive Education and Mental Health Office, D.R. Shabdenova, and psychologist R.V. Marinets from the “AQ ZHOL” Youth Health Center, covered critical topics:

  • The role of family values in modern society;

  • Prevention and identification of suicidal behavior risk factors;

  • Stress, conflict, and aggression management techniques.

Participants gained practical skills in emotional self-regulation and effective communication, enhancing their psychological resilience. These activities are part of the University’s commitment to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), focusing on ensuring the mental safety and well-being of the student community.
