🔹 Housing and communal services – Systemic reforms will be carried out in the housing and communal services sector.
🔹 Digitalization – A digital asset ecosystem is being created, and a Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development will be established.
🔹 Regional development – The city of Alatau is granted a special status and will be directly subordinated to the Government.
