On January 26, 2026, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Language Education Farida Sarsenbayeva, together with students of Group 308, attended a screening of the film “Qazaq Alemi” as part of the “My Country” syllabus.
The event focused on key issues of urban development in Kazakhstan, environmental challenges, urbanization, and sustainable development. The film closely aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption, and Climate Action.
The screening encouraged students to reflect on the future of their country, the environmental condition of modern cities, and the responsibility of each individual toward society. The academic topic was reinforced through real-world examples, enhancing the overall educational and social impact of the event.
Farida Sarsenbayeva and her students stand for conscious education and a sustainable future.
