On February 20, 2026, faculty and students of the “Architecture of Buildings and Structures” program visited the workshop of renowned sculptor Sanzhar Dosmagambetov. This educational trip was organized under SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
The visit focused on the vital link between sculpture, architecture, and master planning in modern urban environments. Mr. Dosmagambetov demonstrated how art contributes to creating aesthetically expressive and functional urban spaces. This practical experience allowed students to expand their professional knowledge of sustainable urban development and emphasized the importance of an integrated approach to designing harmonious and livable cities.
