On March 26, 2026, students and teachers of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies visited the «Fabriqa» clothing recycling factory as part of supporting SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production.
Fabriqa is an environmental project engaged in the collection, sorting, and recycling of textile waste. Used clothing is collected through special containers, then sorted by material type and sent for recycling. As a result of the recycling process, industrial cleaning cloths, filling materials, and other useful products are produced.
This excursion helped students develop environmental awareness, understand the importance of careful use of natural resources, and learn the principles of responsible consumption.
