On October 28, 2026, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered his State-of-the-Nation Address to the People of Kazakhstan, outlining strategic priorities for the nation’s ongoing development. The Address placed paramount emphasis on consolidating statehood, preserving national unity, advancing human capital, and fostering civic accountability across society.
The faculty and staff of the Military Department view these presidential priorities as essential operational guidelines for refining our educational and civic-patriotic work, elevating officer cadet training standards, and instilling active citizenship among youth.
Under modern conditions, preparing qualified, disciplined, and accountable military-trained personnel capable of executing their civic and military duties with distinction is of vital strategic importance. The Military Department fulfills a pivotal role in cultivating patriotism, civic duty, reverence for national military heritage, and readiness to serve the state.
We remain convinced that high-quality military education must be anchored in integrating theoretical mastery, tactical field skills, strict discipline, moral-psychological resilience, and modern pedagogical methodologies. Enhancing curriculum design, advancing cadet technical competencies, deepening patriotic mentorship, and building leadership capacity remain central to our operational mission.
