On April 10, 2026, students in the 6B06116 Information Systems program successfully defended their pre-graduation internship reports. The defense included presenting the results of a comprehensive thesis project, including analytical and project sections.
During their presentations, the students demonstrated a sufficient level of preparation, the ability to justify their decisions, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. Overall, the defense was conducted at an appropriate level, with most of their projects receiving a positive evaluation from the committee.
Conducting pre-graduation internships and defending their results contribute to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 4 – “Quality Education,” which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
At the same time, the committee members made specific comments and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of their thesis projects. The students were given specific guidelines for refining and successfully completing their final projects.
