On September 15, 2026, a productive meeting with students took place at Student Dormitory No. 3 as part of SDG 4, focusing on enhancing youth safety, fostering a culture of mutual respect, and preventing bullying. Participants in the event included E.E. Tashimov (Head of Student Dormitories), U.N. Bolatbekov (Head of Security), A.E. Baizakov (Deputy Director for Educational Work), D.R. Shabdenova (Office of Inclusive Education and Mental Health) , N.A. Kapar (Counseling Psychologist), and District Police Inspector Senior Lieutenant Bauyrzhan Almazovich Davletov. During the meeting, law enforcement representatives engaged in an open dialogue with the students and answered their questions.

The event included a detailed discussion on matters of cultural conduct, the maintenance of public order, the prevention of destructive behavior, and compliance with legal requirements and public order standards. Particular attention was paid to personal safety and responsible behavior in society. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert answers from specialists.

Such meetings help not only to raise the level of legal awareness among young people but also to foster a conscious attitude toward societal culture, a sense of responsibility for one’s own safety, and an understanding of the importance of maintaining social order. Upholding law and order is the shared responsibility of every citizen.
