As part of the university’s professional orientation and cultural education framework, students of academic groups EE-25-1k and EE-25-2k completed an educational excursion to the Central Museum of Railway Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The initiative aimed to expand the future specialists’ professional outlook, review the historical milestones of the national transport network, and build respect for industrial heritage.

During the guided tour, the students explored comprehensive museum exhibitions, acquiring valuable insights into the inception, development, and modernization of the railway industry in Kazakhstan. The future power engineering students examined vintage railway equipment, rare archival documents, and authentic artifacts that highlighted the critical and strategic importance of the transport sector to the national economy and domestic trade.

This cultural event successfully increased the students’ academic motivation and fostered a deeper appreciation for technical and historical achievements. Gaining a sophisticated understanding of the nation’s history and its transport infrastructure evolution actively supports the spiritual growth, civic awareness, and professional development of the younger generation.
