The word “Zhanaru” means “renewal” in Kazakh. Every person in a certain period of life renews himself, his way of life, his soul, his life. An update can be considered: a change of housing (kona audaru), buying something big, expensive, getting married. In the House of Students No. 4, together with the head and the student council of the DS, an event was organized and the Kazakh custom “Kyz uzatu” was shown. When a girl gets married, she says goodbye to her family, listens to the instructions of her elders, they wish her “Ak Zhol”, and the bride, in turn, gives unmarried girlfriends owl feathers, wishing them the same happiness.
